​Join Our Team as an Instrumental Music Teacher at GRCS

  • At Green Room Concept Studios, we are looking for passionate musicians who can inspire, guide, and motivate students through the study, practice, and performance of music. As an instrumental music teacher, you’ll bring enthusiasm and energy to every lesson, helping students reach their full musical potential.

  • To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be proficient on your instrument(s).

  • Enjoy working with children and young learners.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

  • Serve as a positive role model for students, parents, and staff.

  • While previous teaching experience is beneficial, it is not required. We provide full training to support your development as a teacher.
     

ABOUT US
At Green Room Concept Studios, located in Dalyston and Cowes, Victoria, we are passionate about inspiring a lifelong love of music. For over 10 years, we have provided quality music education, helping students of all ages grow, explore, and excel in their musical journeys.
Our studio offers individual in a range of instruments and musical disciplines, including Piano, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Singing and Ukulele. We also run a band program for advancing students. Lessons are held in our fully equipped studio and in local primary schools, making music accessible to our community throughout the day.
At GRCS, we believe music has the power to challenge, uplift, and transform lives. We’re here to equip students with the skills they need to achieve their goals, whether they’re just starting out or pursuing advanced studies.

MAIN TASKS

  • Teach your instrument(s) to either individuals or small groups (2-4) of all ages employing a range of teaching strategies that meet the needs of all students. Active use of our portal for lesson notes, attendance and communication.

  • Participate and prepare students for Studio concerts and soirees alike.

  • Maintain your own skill and knowledge in music, teaching and your instrument(s).

  • Attend our termly team meeting and professional development sessions.
     

ALL TEACHERS MUST PROVIDE

  • A current registered Working With Children’s Check.

  • Own transport to and from teaching venues.
